A Flutter + Firebase student transport safety app that solves one real problem: giving parents proof their child was picked up and dropped off safely. Built phone-first for single van drivers — no special hardware, no face recognition, no school ERP required.

Single Flutter app with role-based screens — driver owns the van, assistant scans, parents track. Phone OTP and Google login via Firebase.
Student & QR Management
Add students, assign parents, auto-generate a QR card per child, and export/share the card as a PDF — no printed hardware needed.
QR Pickup / Drop Lifecycle
Scan at pickup, school arrival, return boarding, and home drop — each event logs student, time, GPS, and trip for a full safety record.
Live Van Tracking & ETA
Real-time GPS sharing on a Google Map, parent live-tracking view, and AI ETA prediction so parents know when to step out.
Parent Notifications
Firebase Cloud Messaging alerts at every event — boarded, reached school, return trip, safely dropped — plus delay and absence notices.
Driver ↔ Parent Messaging
In-app chat for delays, reminders, and handoff notes, with AI quick-message templates (traffic, vehicle issue, absence) generated automatically.
Billing & Fee Status
Monthly fee setup with paid/pending status for parents and a collections dashboard for drivers — with AI fee reminders.
Feedback & Ratings
Daily 1–5 star ratings (safety, punctuality, behaviour) feed a driver score, with AI summaries of common praise and complaints.
AI Assistant & Smart Alerts
Rule-based chatbot answers "where is the van?" / "was Ali picked up?" / "fee status?", plus automated notifications, driver performance scoring, and route optimization.
